Shipping

All orders are hand-packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your parcel leaves our atelier.

Orders placed on Friday afternoon, Saturday, or Sunday are dispatched on the following Monday.

Orders from €100 ship free. Collection from the atelier is always free, by appointment.

All amounts include VAT. You choose the carrier yourself at checkout, where you see the exact amount for your address before paying.

You choose your carrier at checkout from the options available for your country — PostNL, DHL, DPD or UPS — or collect from the atelier by appointment. Every shipped option provides full track-and-trace.

Every order is packed in a rigid gift box with tissue and a branded card. Candles are secured with custom-cut protective inlays to prevent breakage during transit.

Outer packaging is made from FSC-certified recycled cardboard. We use no single-use plastic in our packaging.

Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. If your parcel has not arrived within 10 business days (NL) or 15 business days (EU) of your shipping confirmation, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number. We will investigate and, if confirmed lost, offer a replacement or full refund.
